Facebook Live Creations using Stampin Up! New Snowflake Showcase Stamping with DonnaG!

Oh what fun it is to get new Stampin Up! Special Edition Stamp Sets & Framelits
I had soo much fun today in my Facebook Live video
Not only did I create a glimmery card using the
Beautiful Baubles Stamp set, Framelits
& some awesome gold Heat Embossing but I created
another very earthy card using one of my favorite bundles
The Winter Woods
I also made a cute little treat box
The first card I made I used the Beautiful Baubles Stamp set & framelits Adding the glimmer paper & the gold embossing makes this card look very elegant
I used whisper white thick card stock for the base cut at 5 3/4"x8" folded in half
Gold Glimmer Paper cut at 5 1/2" x 3 3/4" for the first layer
Then with my whisper white I used the framelit without the outer frame to cut the circle that I stamped the large bauble & Embossed with gold heat embossing It didnt matter that the white layer was also cut from the framelit as I cut the framelit with the outer layer framelit to create the beautiful glimmer frame
I then embossed the Deck The Halls sentiment I used the tripple banner punch to flag the end & layered it onto a thin strip of glimmer paper

My second card I used one of my new favorites The Winter Woods Bundle
I used my most favorite colour of all Blackberry Bliss as my base cut at 5 3/4"x8" folded in half
I then used Early Expresso for my first layer cut at 5 1/2"x 3 3/4"
I then embossed a layer of Sahara Sand with the Woodlands embossing folder
I stamped the tree image in early Expresso ink onto Sahara Sand Card stock & cut it out with the matching framelit
I also stamped the sentiment & cut it out with one of my label punches
You may ask how did you get that layer of gold foil behind my sentiment label?
I cut a label out with the punch & cut it in half to glue onto the back of my sentiment to add a gold highlight to the label It works a treat!!

My 3rd project was this cute little treat box using The Takeout Treats Bundle & some of the dashing along DSP that was a limited edition in September
The framelit did all the work for me you cut 2 pieces & adhere them together with some liquid glue I stamped the stripey label in Real Red & used the matching framelit to cut it out I then stamped the cute saying Something Sweet to Eat & cut it out with the awesome framelit that is designed to look like a ribbon

Stampin Up! Lovely Floral Deep Impressions Embossing Folder & the Love What you do Stamp Set

You are going to love this Sponged Embossed Card using our new Lovely Floral Deep Impressions Embossing Folder..... This deep impressions embossing folder is to die for I so so love that you can do so many different things with it. I have enjoyed using either the embossed side or the debossed side. You can sponge it with daubers Ink it directly in the embossing folder & you can even use a sponge Brayer to get several different looks depending on what side of the embossed image you use So many uses I am sure you will not get tired of using this folder.... I have used a combination of The New In Colour Grapefruit Grove & Old Olive  with our Sponge Daubers to colour the lovely floral embossed image Make sure you don't have too much ink on your daubers as you only want a hint of colour on your embossed image This is a deep impressions embossing folder so remember to only use your base plate & 1 cutting pad to put your folder through the Big Shot Machine

Global Stamping Friends August Kids Card Blog Hop With Donna Gray Stampin Up!Australia

August Global Stamping Friends Kids Card Blog Hop With Donna Gray Stampin Up!(r) NSW Australia!!! Welcome to another Global Friends Blog Hop!You are currently visiting Donna Gray's Blog I live in the Northern Rivers NSW Australia in a small suburb called Goonellabah. I am so excited to take part in this blog hop as it is my first ever blog hop I am new to blogging but I am loving sharing all my crafting ideas with like minded people. The Theme of this blog hop was to design a child's card which I tend to struggle with. So I set upon the task of designing a children's card. I wanted it to be fun and colourful. Something that would really catch the child's eye within seconds so I decided to use the Cookie Cutter Christmas Bundle from Stampin Up!  The cookie cutter punch made making my little teddy's easier & quick to construct I used a combination of The new in Colours Lemon Lime Twist Berry Burst also combined with some of our other card stoc
